We will gladly supply a free quote, where no job is too small. Larger jobs (extensive attendance and research required) charged at $200 per quote. Each job is different and is quoted differently. We quote per job, not by the hour. We want you to sit back and not stress about price blow out. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Should a quote need to be revised or reinstated outside the 7 days, same price quoting cannot be guaranteed. Any revisions are $110 which will be deducted from the final invoice.

Excluding quotes and regular small yard mowing services, all our job bookings come with a minimum call out fee of $110, and allows for up to 1hr attendance.

All new clients are now required to pay a 10% deposit to schedule a booking date. Should substantial materials need to be ordered to complete the work or the total booking value exceeds $1000, the client is required to pay a materials and booking deposit. If applicable the deposit amount will be specified on the quote.

All payments and balances are required in full upon the day of completion of work, and can be made via direct debit, credit card (inc AMEX) or cash.

All card payments attract 1.4% surcharge. Please advise prior if you would like to pay via card.

Any services and materials supplied remain property of 2 Hands Garden and Handyman services until balances are paid.

Cancellation of a booking by the client with less than 24 hours notice or inability to access the property, will incur a $30 cancellation fee, in addition to the cost of materials ordered and void the quote, subject to the discretion of the service provider. 

As we are a small family run business we do not have the resources to follow up late payments or non-payments. We will of course send a courtesy reminder. Subsequent reminders will incur weekly late fees of 5% invoice total or $25 which ever is greater. If our reminders and requests for payment are not adequate, outstanding payments will be promptly referred onto a debt collection agency including the accumulated late fees and the agencies fees. 

Items such as mattresses, gas bottles, white goods and any other items that attract additional disposal fees will be passed onto the client.
